Hosted softswitch · GSM and SIP

Your softswitch, hosted and ready.

A Kamailio-based switch for GSM and SIP traffic, with a clean panel, automation rules and Telegram alerts. Each customer gets a private server of their own, set up and managed by us.

Port 6 turned off by rule “Fast answers”: 5 calls in a row talked under 10 s on average.

01 · Gateways

Every SIM port is its own route.

Each port of your GSM gateway registers to the switch as its own SIP account. So each port gets its own channel limit, its own statistics and its own on/off switch.

  • Tested with GoIP, Skyline, Dinstar and Ejoin gateways · and any SIP gateway
  • SIP carriers as routes, by IP address
  • Channel limit and maximum call time per port
02 · Routing

Routing you can read.

A routing group picks a port by the start of the dialled number. You choose how: in a fixed order or shared across ports. If a port fails, the call is tried once more on another port.

  • One routing group per customer, shared or private
  • Number rewrite per customer and per port or carrier
  • Every call shows which route it took, and why

03 · Automation

Rules that turn a bad port off for you.

Write a rule in the panel, such as “if 5 calls in a row on one SIM port talk under 10 seconds on average, turn that port off and message me on Telegram.” The panel shows how often the rule would have fired in the last 24 hours, before you save it.

  • Triggers: fast answers, failure streak, low ASR, registration lost, silent port, daily minutes
  • Scope: one port, a gateway, or a routing group
  • A cooldown per rule, and alerts to Telegram
  • No scripting · add-on, from $15 a month

Everything you expect

The standard softswitch toolkit, done properly.

Every switch needs these basics. Here they are in one panel, with plain-language help next to the settings.

Billing

Prepaid or postpaid accounts, per-second rating, a rate sheet per customer, margin per customer and destination, weekly invoices.

CDR you can search

Answered, failed and refused calls in one list, with the reason, the route taken and the SIP messages of each call.

Number lists

Blacklists and whitelists on the caller (CLI) and the dialled number (CLD): exact, prefix, suffix or regex, per customer.

CallXML scripts

Scripts on a customer or a port, using a subset of CallXML: checks, reject, and HTTP requests to your own server.

Limits per port and customer

Concurrent-call limit and maximum call time on each port, and a channel limit on each customer.

Security basics

HTTPS panel with automatic certificate renewal, and fail2ban on SIP and SSH. Your switch is not shared with anyone.

Why Routyx

What you get here that you usually don't.

Here is what each point does. Other switches may have some of them. We put them in one place.

Not shared

Your own private server, managed by us

Every customer gets a separate server (VPS), not a slice of a shared one. We set it up and manage it; you work in the panel.

Per port

Automation without scripting

Many switches alert by email and act on a whole carrier or route. Here a rule acts on a single SIM port, is written in the panel, and reports to Telegram.

Arabic + English

Help in your language

Onboarding and support in Arabic and English, straight from the engineer who runs Routyx.

Moving from another switch

A familiar GSM setup, on Linux

Each SIM port works as a route, with per-customer routing and a subset of CallXML, like in the switch you use now. We help move your customers and rate sheets.

Used daily

We run our own traffic on it

The same routing and billing engine carries our own live traffic every day, so we find problems early.

A real person

A free onboarding hour

Every new customer gets a free one-hour call to set up their first carrier, customer and route — recorded, so you can watch it again.

Plans

Simple monthly plans. Server included.

Every plan is a private server with the full panel. Plans differ only in how many calls they carry. First accounts open on 15 October 2026.

Services

Need something built around your switch?

Tell us what you need. Custom work is quoted up front.

Moving from another switch

We move your customers and rate sheets onto Routyx, and help adapt your CallXML scripts to the subset Routyx supports.

Route test reports

Test calls to a destination before you send traffic, with ASR, ACD, PDD and the SIP code of every call in one report.

Custom automation

A trigger or action the panel doesn't have yet. Quoted up front, built and tested on our side, then added to your switch.

CallXML scripts

We write or adapt CallXML scripts for your customers and ports, within the subset Routyx supports.

Integrations

We connect your switch to an outside system you already use, such as an HTTP endpoint your scripts call.

Hands-on help

Carrier troubleshooting, configuration, or a second pair of eyes on your traffic.

FAQ

Questions operators ask first.

Do I get root access to the server?

No. We manage the server — installs, updates and its security — and you get the full panel. That is how we keep every switch on a known, working version.

Which gateways does it work with?

Any gateway that speaks SIP. We have tested GoIP, Skyline, Dinstar and Ejoin gateways, where each port can register as its own SIP account or the whole gateway can use one trunk. SIP carriers connect by IP address.

What happens above my plan's limit?

Each plan has a concurrent-call and a calls-per-second limit. Calls above it are refused, and the panel shows them as refused. To move to a bigger plan, tell us. We change it, and your server stays the same.

How do I pay?

Monthly, in advance, in USDT. Or pay ten months at once and get twelve. If a payment is more than three days late, the switch is paused until it is paid.

Can I try it first?

Book a demo call and we will walk you through a live panel with sample data, and answer questions about your own setup.

Who answers support?

The engineer who runs Routyx, by email, 24/7. Support is free.

Can a call center use Routyx?

Yes, as the switch behind your dialer. Your dialer (VICIdial or similar) handles agents, queues and pacing; Routyx routes its calls to your carriers, applies your limits and bills per second. Routyx has no agents, queues or IVR of its own. Dialers start many calls fast. Tell us how many per second; we test first, then choose your plan with you. Paid in advance, and the acceptable-use rules apply.

What does "CC" mean in the plans?

Concurrent calls: how many calls can be up at the same moment. It is not the "CC route" quality grade some carriers sell. Other words (CPS, ASR, ACD, CLI, CLD) are in the glossary.

Which codecs?

G.711 (A-law and µ-law) and G.729, with transcoding between them. G.729 is included; there is no licence to buy.

What if I leave?

Tell us within 14 days and we send you an export of your call records and rate sheets. After that the server is deleted.

What does Routyx not have yet?

No API for customers yet; everything is done in the panel. Every login is a full administrator; there are no read-only logins. Call records are exported by us on request. One private server per customer, with no standby server. We would rather tell you now than after you pay.

See it on a call.

Twenty minutes: we show you the panel, the routing and the automation rules, and answer questions about your traffic.
